Over our careers, my associates and I have had the privilege of working inside and alongside government, seeing firsthand how decisions are made, what drives priorities, and what governments really need from the organizations that engage with them.

When operating within government or speaking to government, to have productive conversations you must find common ground. If this fails, advocacy falls flat, relationships never take hold, and opportunities are missed.

I’ve long felt a need to take a fresh approach.

With the assistance of many experienced colleagues, I’ve created these professional development programs to prepare both those who are operating within government and outside of it with the skills, techniques, and awareness that will build the confidence to help them succeed.
